Wow, just when you thought Facebook couldn’t anymore rule your life, F Devs have been releasing all kinds of gadgets for iGoogle, Pageflakes, and Netvibes (Personalized homepages). Naturally, I had to try out a couple and now have Facebook updates on my browser’s homepage.

First, I will start off with what a mashup is.
It is a combination of two or more web services to provide a new service.
Google: Is not in the coffee business.
Starbucks: Is not in the mapping business, nor is google if you want to get technical.
Combine the Google Maps API with say a Starbucks location database [...]
